I found the nursing care to be very helpful, nurses were generally always available to talk and if not were clear when they would be available.
A session on sleep/sleep hygiene would have been beneficial. One nurse was a great support, as was another in the evenings.

1. what was good.
- Quality of staff, their knowledge, their way of communicating.
- Session planning, the classes are very useful.
2. What could be improved?
- Lack of activities in the evening for example art and craft twice a week.
- Cookery lessons/therapy.

I have found my whole stay at Cardinal clinic amazing. The staff are so attentive - special thanks to my key nurses [name removed] and [name removed] who have been brilliant. Also thanks to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] etc. All nurses are fab and always make time for you. Food, facilities and cleanliness all very good. I would definitely recommend the clinic. Dr [name removed] has been amazing as has [name removed]. Thank you all so much.

- Beautiful grounds.
- Mindfulness and yoga.
- Food.
- Detox/meds well managed.
- Community.
- Coffee regularly tepid.
- One incident of what I believe to be unprofessional conduct by therapist in music room (bringing group discussion out of group in public place.

- Amazing food.

1:1 interaction with nursing staff excellent. Nursing staff frequently very busy to provide this.
Occasional slow/difficult getting meds before meals.
- Housekeeping staff so helpful.
- Great feeling of support and community amongst patients, fostered by nursing staff.

I found the groups very helpful and staff tried hard to accommodate for me despite my risk.
Communication between staff and my consultant/therapist and me could have been slightly better, but only one or two occasions.

-Staff are very good and caring.
